My Story

Luan Gomides is a Brazilian-born Personal Trainer in Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and over 15 years of experience training individuals, families and athletes to achieve their health, fitness and performance goals.
 

Sport has been part of his life from an early age. He spent more than 10 years training and competing in Muay Thai, becoming a Brazilian Amateur Champion, and also dedicated over a decade to competitive cycling, winning multiple races and podium finishes.


His coaching style combines evidence-based training, real athletic experience and the discipline built during four years serving in the Brazilian Air Force. Today, Luan helps clients become stronger, healthier and more confident through personalised training tailored to their goals, lifestyle and individual needs, whether at home, outdoors, in the gym or online.
